Welcome back brand spankin’ new JET Alumni!

Check out our monthly Happy Hour and join us some for some truly brilliant (brilliant? Brilliant? Harry Potter on our brains…) times and food! We would love to see veteran alumni out in full force to give the new alums a raucous welcome back; we bet your first happy hour after returning was about as awesome as salted caramel ice cream (which is AWESOME; pay no attention to naysayers ).

This month we’ll be at a different spot just to mix things up; we’ll be back at Wann next time ’round!

There’s probably some confusion, but this year, at Aki Matsuri, we will have two booths! A PNWJETAA booth and a Japan Consulate booth!

The Consulate is asking for volunteers for its booth for Saturday, September 11th and Sunday, September 12th! They need two volunteers per day, with the schedule as follows:

11th Sep

9:45  Gathering

10:00 Booth (Promoting Japan, Questionnaire, Distribution (Movie ticket, post card, pictures))

*Break: one person lunch 11:00-12:00 one person lunch 12:00-13:00

18:00 Move to theater

18:00-19:00 Registration for Movie

19:30 Over

12th Sep
9:45 Gathering

17:00 Over
