Community Event: From Hiroshima to Hope, Wednesday August 6th, 6:30pm, Greenlake (west side near the bathhouse)
Each year, Seattle commemorates the anniversary of the August 6, 1945 atomic bombing of Hiroshima with a Lantern Floating Ceremony honoring the victims of the bombings at Hiroshima and Nagasaki, as well as all vicitms of war and violence.
